The front desk lady Milagros was friendly, but we hit a snag with the breakfast. We booked a room that included breakfast, yet they tried to charge us for it. After talking to another receptionist, Fiorela, we were told to wait for someone named Juan, but we never got a refund. The morning staff were also a bit confusing – we had to pay for water when we checked out, and they kept adding charges to our room number. I’m not planning on returning.

The room was spacious and simple, but the pillows were stiff and the towels were dirty – they left them on the floor instead of replacing them. When I checked in, I was told my reservation wasn’t registered, and later I was billed for items I didn’t use. I booked through a travel site, so this was a frustrating experience.
