I was really looking forward to my stay, but things took a turn for the worse when I arrived. My room had been allocated to someone else, and when I tried to sort it out, I was told the place was full and shown some pretty grim alternatives. Needless to say, I ended up having to find a new place to stay at 1am in the middle of the night. It was a pretty stressful experience, to say the least.

I had a terrible stay: the toilet had a hand jet but nothing else pleased me. The staff were indifferent, ignoring both new and existing guests, and the reception seemed empty. My room was unclean; the toilet was rusted, dirty, and smelled bad, with no towel bar. The water tap’s handle was broken. I asked the staff to clean the room at 9 am, but it stayed the same as in the morning. Everywhere was dirty—an awful situation. The staff were rude and apathetic. There was no TV or Wi‑Fi, and the shower didn’t hit the body properly. There were no hangers or wardrobe for coats and clothes. Even though I was alone, the booking mentioned triple sharing, yet the bed accommodated only two. Toothbrushes and toothpaste were missing, unlike other similar hotels. I felt very uncomfortable and the atmosphere was dreadful. The booking was made under the name “collection O vesu,” but the hotel wall read “signature hotel,” causing confusion between the booking name and the displayed name at the property. The rooms were a major letdown - they were in terrible condition, with no hot water in the bathroom and a bed that was anything but comfortable. It was a real shame, because I had been looking forward to a decent night's sleep, but it just wasn't meant to be.

Honestly, I'm still trying to figure out what went wrong at this place. Everything was just a disaster - the rooms, the service, the whole experience. I'm not even sure where to start.
