“Un'elegante romantica stanza a pochi passi da un parcheggio gratuito”

The location is great, quiet, and offers a garden view. Parking is free and the house is just a few minutes away. Perfect. The bathroom feels a bit cramped and there are almost no toiletries, except for a questionable dispenser in the shower that might be shampoo. That's the only minor issue.

“Everything is great”

The apartment sits in the historic part of the city, close to the university, and you can reach it easily from the train station via the mini-metro and a short walk through the old center. The room is very small – we could barely open our suitcase and pull things out. The bed is comfy, the linens are clean, and the window gives a lovely view of Perugia’s hills. There’s a coffee and tea corner and a mini-fridge. Everything is tidy. If you have a late flight, you can store your luggage and avoid lugging it around the hills. The shower was awful – the hose to the faucet needs replacement because water sprays out of the torn hose. It’s a small fix but it makes a big difference in comfort. The bathroom itself is clean, no problems there.

Cute and welcoming, located near the center of Perugia with helpful staff. The shower and bidet faucet could use some improvement.
