The location and parking were excellent, and the staff were very helpful, but the hotel clearly needs a remodel; everything, including the curtains, looks like it was built in the year of construction—has it ever been cleaned? The balcony furniture consisted of just one old white plastic chair.

The location was good, with easy access to trams and bus stops, and the area was safe. The staff were polite, helped with currency exchange for the bus, and gave free snacks to the kids. The room was quiet and comfortable. It would have been better with a fridge, it was a bit dark, the temperature couldn’t be adjusted per room, and the elevator arrived slowly.

The location and rooftop pool were highlights, but the parking and overall hotel pricing were disappointing.

The spot is great, and having valet parking is a plus. The hotel is well maintained, though not necessarily up-to-date in style. The beds are comfortable, though the mattresses are soft. The hotel breakfast could use some improvement, and the Fox pub is best avoided because the value for money is poor.
