Overall, not bad. The room was clean, more or less. It’s in the city center. The mattress springs all gave out on both sides, and the breakfast was better skipped.

I stayed on the 6th floor and could see the city of Bielsko from the window, which was a nice view. The night was quiet, and the parking was included in the price. The mattress was uncomfortable and the room clearly needs a small renovation: the toilet paper dispenser was broken, the baseboard strips were torn, the door of the wardrobe that holds the fridge was damaged, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom.

Besides a kettle and cups, the room also had black and green tea bags, instant coffee, and sugar. The new fluffy towels were a nice touch, and daily housekeeping kept the room tidy. The staff were hospitable.
