The hotel was new and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the sheets and towels were clean. The owner came to pick us up from the train station at midnight—thank goodness. The location is very central; many places are walkable. The room and bathroom are a little small but manageable. Breakfast could be improved a bit.

Breakfast was very abundant, with desserts, fruit, sausages, cheese, and egg pancakes. The best part was the pickup or drop‑off service; we arrived at midnight and the owner was already at the station to meet us. The location is great, all attractions are within walking distance, very convenient.

I felt like I was staying with family, the welcome was so warm and heartfelt. They met us at the station, drove us quickly and comfortably. The room itself was beyond praise: cozy, soft beds, a tea/coffee set, fluffy towels and linen, all with a touch of soul and sincerity. The host kept checking in, asking if we were feeling warm, like a dear grandpa, and his polite granddaughter showed us the way to the city centre and chatted pleasantly. It was my birthday, so the host took us to a great restaurant and asked for fast, quality service because we had to leave for the station soon. We said goodbye and hugged everyone like close friends. We rested, gathered a ton of great city vibes, conversations and the house itself – straight in the heart ♥️

Great location, a short walk onto the pedestrian street between main attractions. The whole family was involved and it was easy to pick up and drop off from the airport and train station.

The room was clean, spacious, and had plenty of storage, and the modern bathroom was spotless. The family host was wonderful, and breakfast was very generous with a wide variety of options. The location was convenient, just a lovely 5‑10 minute walk to the Registan. Thanks to our little Ms. Manager for taking care of us so well <3
