Close to the city center. The breakfast was light.

My second night was better. They stored our luggage and gave us a great room; the staff were very friendly and helped with everything. Maintenance is lacking; the owners should address this issue.

The location is great for Inca Rail, just a one‑minute walk, and two minutes from Peru Rail—ideal for starting a tour to Aguas Calientes Machu Picchu. It’s also near points of interest and the Cusco city center. They handed us our breakfast bag because my daughter and I were leaving early for Machu Picchu, stowed our luggage, and the staff were very friendly—SUPER AMIABLE. The facilities need maintenance; the whole hotel looks bad because it needs proper upkeep, and the carpets need a good cleaning.
