The staff were helpful and the on‑site café served excellent breakfasts. The hotel is a bit far from the city centre, but that worked well for us because we were starting the Camino de Santiago del Norte and the bridge where the Camino begins is right next to it, which is why we chose this place.

The location is great, just a step from the bridge that connects to Hendaye and from the Euskaltren station that takes you to the centre and to San Sebastian. The place was clean, the bed comfortable, and the staff very friendly. The area is sparsely populated, but the bar downstairs is lively. I liked everything.

The location is convenient, less than 10 minutes on foot from the Hendaye TGV station and about an hour on foot from Hondarribia. The check‑in process was a bit rough; the doorbell didn’t respond, so we had to call the number and the door was eventually opened. Using the car check‑in required some concentration.
