The hotel was very enjoyable! Huge thanks to the warm, customer‑focused hosts who were always ready to help and advise. Even before arrival, they reached out via WhatsApp to confirm arrival time and bed preferences (one double or two singles) and sent the exact address. Breakfasts were tasty, hearty, and varied (a buffet style). They were served in a beautiful hall decorated in authentic Georgian style with wooden furniture. The grounds and atmosphere were lovely, with pets adding a special charm and coziness. Service included daily housekeeping, regular replenishment of bottled water and toiletries (soap, gel, shampoo). Good Wi‑Fi was available on the premises and in rooms. Near the reception, there was a self‑serve fridge with drinks at reasonable prices and a coffee machine. The room was spacious for two, equipped with everything needed (air conditioning, satellite TV, fridge, safe). The bathroom was also quite large. The location was convenient, with bus and metro stops within walking distance. Taxi fares were inexpensive both to the city center and the airport. Small details that could be improved: the mattresses in our room were quite noisy—creaking with any movement or when getting up/lying down. The bathroom lacked a toilet paper holder and a hygiene shower. Adding a couple of local Georgian and music channels to the TV lineup would be great.
