“Desagradable experiencia”

Only the location was good. When I arrived, they gave me a room without hot water and the bathrooms smelled awful. I spoke to staff, but they wouldn’t fix it until I insisted that the odor was unbearable and they checked the water supply. They moved me to another room and charged me a higher rate. While I was upset, I didn’t notice a shopping bag left behind in the previous room; I only realized it when I got home and started unpacking. I called the hotel and they said they would investigate, but the person in charge of room checks was absent and they never found anything. The breakfast was the worst: stale bread, burnt eggs, only leftovers, no one to ask for more, and no restocking even though I arrived 45 minutes before breakfast ended. That was my bad experience at this hotel chain, even though I thought the location deserved a better stay.

The rooms, scenery, cleanliness, and peace were good. Food was poor and there was no communication about the power outage.

Location was fine, but parking was far and there was no elevator, making it hard to carry luggage up.

The rooms with shared doors aren’t great because you can hear everything from the next room; they should be fully closed, and there’s a worry they might let anyone in.
