Hoe gasten het hotel beoordelen, aspect voor aspect.
The hotel was clean and tidy, the food was tasty, and the staff were friendly. I liked that they replaced the wellness towels. But almost every morning around 6 am a delivery truck woke me up. I didn’t fully understand the horse‑stable picture in the room. The pools weren’t the cleanest, and the sunbeds were quite old and there weren’t many of them.

The room was super clean! The bed was broken, slanted, and soft, so I always fell asleep on it. 😔

Good location, food was also good, … the hotel and the thermal spa are a bit dated. Unfriendly ladies at the reception; one was talking to a colleague while paying, and the brief thank you was just barely given.

Food, room, and staff were fine and very good 👍. However, we had to pay full price for the sauna even though the cold‑water pool and some saunas were not in operation. Also, I don’t understand why the restaurant was closed on weekends; that’s a big drawback.
