We always enjoyed our stay and pick this hotel as it feels the most safe and family friendly place. The hotel is supposed to be a no pet allowed policy. However, there are guess with pets and at check-in I specifically ask for a room that was a no-pets room. But they continue to give us the same room - on the bottom floor that is used for pet-families. My kids and I are allergic to animal dandruff and animal hair. The last two times we’ve been here we had loud upstairs neighbors yelling and jumping and we were in a room with pet hair. So our stay wasn’t the best. When I spoke to the front desk, they shrugged it off as if it had nothing to do with them and blame me for booking with the hotel. Very few of the staff are understanding and assist us. But the other few have an attitude and their demeanor is careless
