The apartment was lovely, with modern, well‑maintained facilities, and the housekeeping service was very handy. It was a bit farther than I expected from Broadbeach’s main area, but the nearby tram made it convenient. The only downside was that the layout of one unit left very little living‑room space for a three‑bedroom setup.

房间宽敞客厅明亮，干净，厨房也足够大. 房间空调不可调节，整体房间方位没有阳光，晚上有些冷了。

The apartment and its facilities were superb: high quality, great views, and a pool, spa, and sauna that were genuinely usable even in winter. The stay was really comfortable. The only issue was that the car charging point stayed out of order the whole time. If proximity to Broadbeach’s main dining and entertainment precinct matters to you, there are closer options, but that didn’t affect us.
