The only redeeming factor was the price, which honestly seemed worth it, but the room looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned since the hotel opened; I even took photos and tried to show them to staff, who didn’t care, and the nonsmoking room I booked still smelled like ten cigarettes had just been smoked before my family and I arrived.
