The staff were very friendly, but if you get a room facing the street, you'll hear a lot of outside noise.

The receptionist was incredibly nice and kind, and I enjoyed the food and the convenience of the restaurant near the hotel. The rooms were clean, and the shower delivered hot water both in the late afternoon and in the morning. I also appreciated that, even though the hotel sits in the city center, there was parking available. The room felt a bit small, which I understand is expected for a central Piura location.
