The staff were kind and ready to set us up at 10 pm, thanks. The top‑floor attic room was impossible to stay in during winter because it had a metal roof, an open bathroom, and lukewarm water. With two kids, one of whom had a fever, we couldn’t stay there and asked to move to the ground floor to stay warm; they prepared the room for us at 10 pm. The water was hard to get hot.

There was nothing at all – the staff were unfriendly and the customer service was a mess. The price was different from what was advertised, no room was given, and we were made to wait 2 hours; the customer service was still rude and a mess. They didn’t text us about the wrong price, and after we arrived they forced us to cancel, saying we couldn’t cancel. For 4 days they kept demanding a wrong price – is that an excuse? I booked 3 days before, and the price stayed the same until the morning of the stay. They just left it or scammed us and demanded $23 more than the booked amount.

Scam! The ad was listed for €2 on booking (which I paid), and when I arrived the hosts demanded $15. I didn’t stay the night.

It felt a bit pricey, but the place was very clean and well maintained. The room was comfortable and the location was pretty good. The check‑out time wasn’t as stated; the family was annoyed because I left at 14:00. Don’t expect basic English either. Apart from that, the stay was excellent!
