Breakfast was varied: cottage cheese casserole, chicken fillet shashlik, pastries, and the room had perfect soundproofing, but there was no mineral water in the room.

The apartment was quite spacious, but the breakfasts were weak and there was a side entrance to the apartment.

The interior of the hotel was stunning, like being in an art gallery, and Juozo’s work was fantastic to create, but that’s not enough once you check in. I left the hotel completely unrested, unfed, and very disappointed. The main purpose of staying at a hotel is to be able to sleep peacefully and rest, yet that essential guest need was entirely ignored. In my room I could hear a periodic, recurring noise that kept the night from being quiet. I asked the front desk staff, but when he came to my room he ignored my explanation and tried to convince me that there was no noise. He promised to leave a phone at the door so I could call if the noise returned, but he didn’t keep that promise. When the noise came again, I was wailing through the hotel in the middle of the night looking for help. The front desk had nothing, and when I called the reception phone, the staff simply dismissed the situation. Only after much effort did they finally change my room to a quieter one, even though there were other rooms available earlier. In the morning I was still exhausted, even though I was on a business trip and had an important meeting waiting for me. Worse, I couldn’t even drink a cup of green tea because the hotel only offered coffee. Guests who don’t like coffee were not even considered. During breakfast, the hotel director came to my table and, before resolving the situation, told me that her son had answered her call for the night, supposedly because he was promised a nap. The conversation with the director took so long that I missed the start of breakfast. So I left the hotel exhausted, unfed, without even a cup of tea, and with a complete disregard for guest needs and complaints. My experience at this hotel was very bad. If you’re looking for a place to relax and sleep peacefully, I definitely do not recommend it.

I could smell sewage in the bathroom, and the toilet lid wasn’t properly screwed on.
