I arrived with a pre‑sent video that made checking in a breeze, and the place was spotless and well organised. It sits right next to Cipro Metro Station, which makes getting around Rome a snap. We booked two rooms that share a kitchen, which was perfect for us, and the appliances let us whip up breakfast in the morning. A grocery store is just around the corner, and there are a few restaurants nearby.

The apartment had been recently renovated, was immaculate, and had everything you’d need for a pleasant stay. The second room was already taken by family, so it worked out for us since there are only two rooms with a shared kitchen area. It’s about four streets from Cipro station, which has good connections to the main sights. The street is very quiet, and you can sleep well at night. Check‑in information arrives the same day, and it was easy with clear explanations. The new air‑conditioning is quiet and efficient. The only issue was that the kitchen AC dripped; a quick check would help. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The place is very well equipped and pretty nice. The only downside is a somewhat annoying doorbell.

The spot is great, close to the Vatican and not far from the metro. Unfortunately, when we arrived we found three roaches in the room—definitely unpleasant, even though it was warm. The AC wasn’t working and it was 30 °C from 20‑22 May 2026, but it was fixed the next day. The sink didn’t drain, and there was no ventilation in the bathroom, so our towels stayed damp. The room wasn’t cleaned properly; the floors were noticeably dusty. I was surprised given the positive reviews. The owner was responsive and fixed the AC, but the apartment itself was not very pleasant.
