The building is brand‑new, in a convenient spot with plenty of street space for scooters or bikes. It's 300 m from the city center, 100 m from the harbor beach with crystal‑clear water, and on the route around the island. The view shows Santa Caterina Castle. The reception girls were genuinely friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable.

Big room, large terrace, clean kitchen and fairly well equipped (special shout‑out for the free‑standing umbrellas), and just a 2‑minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes to the town center. The welcome was missing; we had to call the owner and never saw her, the keys were left on the door of the room, and there was no explanation about how the place works (a self‑service kitchen on each floor, but we had to tour the accommodation to find it).

Everything was perfect! The “shower service” provided after we left the room was also great.
