The property was very dirty and run-down; when I checked in they were unsure if a room was available and had to clean one after we arrived well past check‑in time, with floors turning my feet black as I walked around.

The location was fine, but the room was not clean and we were initially double‑charged, requiring a lot of effort to get a refund.

The staff were incredibly helpful when a mistake happened; I paid online, but upon arrival they couldn’t book me due to an error, yet they guided me through the issue and we resolved it. The staff still came through to help me with my problem.

Nothing positive – we couldn't wait to leave. The front desk staff didn’t speak clearly. The room was tacky, old, and run down, smelling of cigarette smoke. Outside garbage was overflowing, and the entire building and grounds were run down and disgusting. Only two regular towels and two wash rags were provided for three people, and there were no light bulbs in the fixtures.

The only positives I can share are convenient location and somewhat friendly/apologetic staff person. When I arrived and went up to my assigned room, it was already occupied. I went to the desk and it took the clerk 10 - 15 minutes plus several trips up and down the stairs to find a room I could use. Room was okay but potential guests should know that there are no amenities—not even shampoo. Room was clean-ish but depressing. Furniture is worn and banged up. There was no shower curtain, but I managed to take a shower without and when I used a towel to mop the floor, it quickly turned brown-ish grey indicating that perhaps the room was not so clean after all. Other cheap things: tv remote battery was dead and have to pay extra to connect more than one device to the wifi network. Perhaps the worst thing was being awoken at 1 in the morning by someone entering my room. They too had been given an already occupied room. I had put the security bolt on the door, but that malfunctioned so they were able to fully open the door and step into the room
