After booking, the hotel front desk formed the reservation and then refused to accommodate, claiming they had issues with me and were not interested in working with me anymore. The hotel is very pathetic; don’t even think about booking.

The location was fine. I had a confirmed and prepaid booking, but when I arrived for check‑in the staff refused to accommodate me, saying they do not accept foreigners. They were unhelpful and unwilling to resolve the situation. Later the hotel claimed I didn’t show up, which is false, and I was charged the full cost as a penalty. I’m still in a dispute with no resolution yet. This rule wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the booking info and caused a lot of stress and wasted time. International travelers, be warned that you may be refused even with a confirmed booking.

I paid an extra 480 rupees to stay, but the rooms shown in the pictures were not the ones I got.
