Well, for starters the hotel is located near the Argüelles metro station (just 4 mins walking) which gives you freedom to travel the city. Also just 10 mins walking you can find Mirador del Templo de Debod where views in nighttime are magical. The hotel itself is surrounded by restaurants, grocery stores which are opened in nighttime as well as on weekends and beautiful cafes (recommend to check out “Pastelería La Oriental” and “Obrar”). Hotel is located in a beautiful old building and occupy whole second flor, with a connecting canteen in the middle. Suits aren’t big, but cozy, with a balcony if you’re lucky enough (as i was) overviewing maple street. There’s also a living room with a snack machine if you’re hungry or tired to live your room after a long walk in the city. There are no bathrooms inside suits however the hotel provides shared bathrooms (which I’m not a big fan of BUT they’re clean and looked after). Showers are clean but a bit old, shower heads might need a change. Overall the hotel is nice, you can see that people who work there care about it. If you’re traveling on a budget I would 100% recommend it as it cost/quality ratio is perfect, especially if you’re not nitpicky about minor flaws. P.S. Dear staff thank you, you’re doing a great job P.S.S Dear administration please take a look at vending machine’s cash and coin slots as it took my money and never processed it ;)
