The staff, especially Stephanie and Carla, are great—clean, friendly, and they keep the place tidy while ensuring guests have water. I’d definitely return if they’re still on staff. However, the availability of drinking water varies with the staff on duty, and the property needs significant renovation to match the neighborhood. It didn’t feel like a comfortable place to live or work, though the monthly residents seem fine in their own space, which shows where the focus lies.

The location is very good and quiet, close to places to eat and explore. The rooms lack ventilation and have few power outlets.

The location was okay; the nearest metro station is Chilpancingo, and the bus station is Nuevo León, both within a 10‑minute walk. The area has a few decent coffee shops, a supermarket, and local eateries. The cleanliness needs a lot of work—shared kitchen utensils, plates, and cups are scarce, and the pot and pan are in bad shape. The reception was not always attentive, especially late at night, and there were two incidents where a guest stayed out very late, ringing the bell loudly; it’s unclear why the staff on duty didn’t respond promptly.
