On the first shower of arrival day, the drain didn't clear in the shower, water leaked through the floor tiles into the kitchen; the next day, when rinsing, the drain bubbled as if trying to push the waste upward through the shower; I didn't see it, but I definitely felt it, otherwise we were fairly satisfied.

The mid‑range stop everything was great. The rooms need renovation, especially the kitchen, but otherwise fine.
