Hoe gasten het hotel beoordelen, aspect voor aspect.
The hotel has a great location and good facilities. The reception, housekeeping and restaurant staff were very attentive and helpful. Breakfast and dinner offered many options for different tastes. The room was spacious and cozy. During the stay, one day we had no hot water for showers, which we understood could happen for various reasons and didn’t compromise the stay.

The location and beach chairs were good, and the food events were also nice. The mattresses were horrible, leaving us with back pain, and there were many marshmallows in the hall, both on the ground floor and the upper level.

Breakfast was spectacular and the location was great. The hotel’s internet was terrible, the ATV didn’t work properly, and they need to improve that urgently.

The staff were attentive and friendly, nothing else.

Having a beach club is a plus, but the room cleaning was terrible—none of the cleanings were done properly. The internet was spotty, the pillow was bad, and the beach cabana never had soap in the bathroom.
