It was quiet and the staff were good. The hot tub was broken the whole time we were there.

“Good value but wouldn’t stay again”

I think the price was decent, but the location wasn't great. The bathroom shower leaked every day, and I couldn't open the door because of the bath mat. The breakfast was extremely average and unappealing. When I was relaxing by the pool, the staff on level 2, where their cleaning station is, were really noisy. There was also a lot of noise at night from rowdy guests. Maybe the low price is the reason people still come.

“It was nice since we were busy roaming around than staying at hotel. Hope it will provide the same room as advertised.”

The location was good. The room, however, turned out to be different from what we expected; we had anticipated a view but received a dark room instead.

The location was fantastic, close to restaurants and spas, and the hotel staff were courteous and very helpful. The downside was that not all electrical outlets could accommodate the adapter needed to charge my phone and laptop.

“Decent for price range.”

The staff were very nice, and the free bed décor was a pleasant touch. They were accommodating when we needed cutlery. The rooftop was cool, the air conditioning worked well, and the pool was clean and nice. The location was excellent. On the flip side, the bed sheets had a stain and weren't changed, the bathroom ventilation could use improvement, and the gym was a bit small.
