“The way to experience AlUla”

The Banyan tree team was incredibly kind and helpful, and the location is stunning with perfect facilities. Room service, activities, and all the extras were great too. I've stayed in Alula 14 times, and this is one of my favorite spots. Everything is easy to use and beautifully designed. We were upgraded to a villa with a pool, which made a huge difference; our family could enjoy it even during the hot hours. Thank you so much. The only suggestion is to add a roof over the parking.

“Best experience in AlUla”

The hotel is very beautiful, set in the desert and surrounded by mountains. The staff are professional and attentive. The room was exceptional, offering a view of Maraya, and the facilities are excellent. Breakfast is amazing, and a special thanks to the chef. Everything was perfect except for a few small details. Thank you again to everyone; I highly recommend this hotel—it’s beyond just an experience.

The stay was luxurious and distinguished in every sense, and I enjoyed the overall experience, especially the hospitality, refined service, and meticulous attention to detail, along with the resort’s beauty and harmony with the AlUla landscape. It was a complete and comfortable experience, and I look forward to visiting again, God willing. Overall, the stay was excellent, and I had no major concerns. The only note was the lack of a steam iron in the villa; the traditional iron in the room caused a new garment to burn before I could request a steam iron.

The resort is among the most luxurious, cleanest, and prettiest in the world, and the staff pay attention to every detail, from room furnishings to cleanliness. Everything in the villa was exceptional and beautiful, and we were upgraded to a villa with a private pool. The staff are friendly and approachable, ready to help with any obstacles. The restaurant is beautiful and tasty, and the atmosphere is pleasant. Room service is cooperative and polite, and the reception staff are all kind and courteous. The events are also very nice—cycling and a telescope are great. The overall experience is wonderful and will be repeated, God willing. The only thing that bothered me was that we were not informed about the presence of scorpions; however, this is part of the environment and only occurs outside, which was the only thing that annoyed me.

“Definitely we will be back, can’t recommend enough for anyone that wants to visit it.”

The location is amazing, out of this world—I didn’t expect it to be like that; nothing compares to what we’ve experienced so far. Nothing else to add—we just loved it.
