“Magic weekend with the Magic Games”
Excellent choice for a family getaway! Our spacious room comfortably accommodated four with two double beds, a modern LED TV, and a separate gaming area with an Xbox. The wide balcony was perfect for relaxing with the kids. The buffet dining impressed us — generous portions and diverse options for all tastes. Premium guests enjoy exclusive access to a separate zone with complimentary wine and sparkling wine, while everyone gets free wine and beer at meals. The aquapark is practically on your doorstep (2–3 minutes walk), making it perfect for a quick dip anytime. Entertainment options were fantastic: game consoles, VR, playground, museum, and vintage arcade machines kept both kids and adults happily occupied throughout our stay. Highly recommended for families!. Our entire three-night stay was completely hassle-free and exceeded expectations
The front desk had a strong urine smell coming from the stairwell and elevators, but the room itself was spacious and pretty. The bathroom, however, smelled like a clogged drain. The pillows felt like wooden boards, too soft, so I couldn't sleep comfortably. The food was 40 % excellent and 60 % mediocre. The lobby could use a bit more décor—something like the Sport Hotel—since the reception area looked better.
“Por este precio no le pido mas”
The proximity to the beach, pool, and water slides was a big plus. In the low season, elevators were slow and the housekeeping arrived after noon. The buffet offered limited and repetitive choices.
“Manca d'informació, deixadesa”
It was cheap, but the staff offered little or no information. We couldn’t use many places because they were closed (the hotel’s rooftop, the dinosaur park, etc.), and even the staff seemed unaware—since we had made reservations at the counter, they didn’t know whether our wristband granted access. We had to go back and forth between the website and the front desk. The site promised attractions that turned out not to be available. In the end, you plan your day and end up just hanging out, drinking free cold beers on the shabby terrace next to the beach, which is fine for one day but not more.
“No volveré”
