Brand new amenities. Super comfortable rooms. Every space is beautifully designed. The family pool is great. Staff were absolutely adorable and welcoming everywhere: pool staff, restaurant staff, welcome team… Absolutely delicious food. We loved having a dedicated “guía” taking care of us; Itza was super professional and friendly. She would help us have our kids’ food pre‑ordered and ready for them at dinner time. Our room was on the ground floor opposite the lift and a back‑of‑house/storage room. Each morning at 6 am the cleaning team accessed this room and spoke very loudly.
