They’re a scam. I booked and paid in full, then a call said there were electrical problems and that my booking could be moved to another branch, which I agreed to. When we arrived, the staff rudely told us there was no booking or transfer under our name, the people who had given us details vanished, and I later received a message saying my booking was elsewhere. As an outsider, it was extremely disappointing and harassing. Don’t book this unprofessional chain. When I sent them all the evidence, they have been silent ever since; it’s a huge fraud.

“Horrible Experience and no local support”

This property does not exist, and instead, there is another property called Supreme Regency. The ownership of Supreme Suites has already been taken over by Supreme Regency. Therefore, they do not honor bookings for Supreme Suites. This happened to me and my family, and we had to move to another hotel. This hotel should be removed from the profile to prevent other people from experiencing the same problems as my family and me. Horrible experience. The hotel rebranded about three months ago, according to the front‑desk lady, and she insisted that my wife and I had no reservation even though we paid the full amount on November 19. She and another staff member claimed they didn’t receive that payment and suggested I contact the payment provider to find out who actually received the money.

The staff were very helpful and the rooms were well maintained; all the facilities here are good.

The stay was pleasant and the hotel staff was very friendly. The house keeping department was super helpful. The food quality was very good. Definitely a must visit for the next time as the stay was very good
