The service staff were friendly, yet the food didn’t justify the price—overcooked vegetables and pre‑made items were used, making the cost unjustifiable. Breakfast also fell short of its price. In the room, the TV was small, the furnishings were old and mismatched, and the noise from cars outside made it feel like the windows were open. The elevator only operated until 20:30.

From the outside it looked great and the distance was convenient, but there were bugs in the restaurant, the lock on the door was broken, and there was dirt and food crumbs under the bed.

The hotel was described in an overly grandiose way for a mid‑range property that’s a bit dated; the view was a bit special and the kitchen was quite good, but everything felt fairly mediocre and geared toward mass tourism. The staff, who spoke very little German, were oddly behaved.
