The proximity to Addo is fantastic. The accommodation offers many beds that are pleasantly spaced and comfortable. The interior feels quite dated, and we chose not to use the pool because it wasn’t very clean.

We had expected a better view of the river based on the photos, but the small bedroom lacked light, and in the larger bedroom the night was constantly interrupted by the motion sensor on the courtyard; the layout was inconvenient, though the place was very tidy.

Wilma is the most amazing host you could imagine—warm, friendly, and welcoming. The place is spacious, well-equipped, and a great spot to stay if you’re planning a visit to Addo Elephant Park. Nothing to complain about.

The host Wilma was friendly and amazing, catering to all our needs and even letting us check out a bit later. The house is absolutely stunning and spacious, and we loved the sun deck and the outside braai area. The bathroom is very modern, and the beds are super comfy, ensuring pleasant sleep. We found the house spotless when we arrived and tried to leave it in the same condition. A garage parking spot was provided, and there is a beautiful pool available for use. The river is just a 1 minute walk down from the house, with a private jetty and dock; we caught some decent sized fish here, including kob and grunters, which we grilled right on the braai. Overall, this place was super and Wilma is amazing; we will definitely be coming back here💯
