I liked that I could pay by card, but they added a 3.5 % surcharge, something I haven't seen in other hotels. The room I got was on the first floor, which for me felt like the second floor, and its windows faced a busy highway; the double‑pane windows were actually single glass, so it felt like I was outside. There were cockroaches running around, and the tap water ran rusty and foul no matter how long I waited.

The food was poor, but the staff were helpful. There was no TV, no cleanliness, the lift was broken, and you had to ask for basic room‑service items; there was no tea or coffee in the room, and no chair or table to work at.
