“El alojamiento no coincide con la realidad mostrada en las fotos”
The photos on Booking don’t match reality. First, the facade shown on the site is actually the back side (the neighbor’s parking, not an “inner garden”). Second, the front is a demolition, with dirt floor and damp walls. Third, the shower curtain had mold. Fourth, all the furniture was old. Fifth, a 3.6 % fee is added when paying by credit card. Finally, the breakfast doesn’t look like the pictures and is actually very simple and limited.

The hosts Frank and Ann were extremely accommodating, the location, room amenities, comfort, cleanliness, and breakfast were superb. It was such a great find that made our ladies’ first trip to Thailand even better; thanks Frank and Ann for making us feel so welcome and taking care of us.

I spent an absolutely fantastic time at Mareeya Place. The place was impeccably clean, the breakfast was delicious and included freshly made eggs every day upon request, and the room had plenty of bottled water available all day. Frank and Ann were charming; I had many pleasant conversations with Frank and he helped me with a few issues. I can only say thank you! ❤️

A small hotel in the city center with friendly staff. A bed that creaked a bit. Staying on the lower floor with a recessed patio wasn’t very pleasant, but luckily there was an open area on the next floor to sit. Nice!
Good location. The owners Frank & Ann were great. I stayed 5 days, and if I visit Phuket/Kamala again I will stay there again.
