I loved everything—heating, hot water, cleanliness, the host’s little touches, all set in a calm and beautiful setting.

We arrived to a room that was freezing, the taps wouldn’t spit out hot water, and the host refused to refund us after we had to scramble for another place; the old house was poorly maintained, damp, and missing basic services, making it feel like a Sprinter tent doing a thousand spins around that place.
