A solid value for the area, with beautiful scenery and a very friendly, always smiling front desk. Conveniently, two restaurants are within 50 m, a small grocery shop is right next door, so everything is close by. The region is great for motorcyclists. I only stayed two nights because we were already happy with everything. Language was a barrier, but we managed anyway.

It was a wonderful holiday, especially to see the Black Forest in autumn. The guesthouse was superb and the staff very accommodating, and breakfast was plentiful and tasty. I can only recommend it highly!

The reception was very friendly, the room was clean, and breakfast offered fresh rolls that could be chosen from a wide selection the previous day. The location is ideal and the balcony view is lovely. You can feel how much effort the hosts put into guest satisfaction. We traveled with our dog and the guesthouse is very dog‑friendly; at checkout our dog received a tasty treat. Absolutely great. No complaints from us.

We stayed just one night before heading to Italy. Nearby there was an Edeka, the on‑site butcher shop, and two pricier restaurants. The surroundings looked nice. In the room we had a kettle for tea and could use coins at the downstairs machine to get a drink. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. If you want to cook for a few days, you’ll need to book a place with a kitchen elsewhere.
