“Poor management”

The staff were friendly and helpful, yet the experience was one of the worst I’ve had. The room’s air conditioner didn’t cool, towels were dirty, and the corridors had no AC; leftover food trays sat outside rooms for hours, producing a nasty odor that seeped into the rooms. The lobby also lacked air conditioning. I felt sorry for the staff, who were working in the heat and sweating all shift. When employees aren’t given a comfortable workplace, it inevitably hurts the guest experience. It’s hard to see how a hotel can keep saying the AC system is “down.” How long does it actually take to fix such an essential facility? This shows poor maintenance and even worse management. A hotel should care for both guests and staff, but this place failed on both fronts. I would not recommend staying here until these basic problems are fixed.

“Good Stay in Tiruppur.”

Stayed at this business hotel and found it nice; the staff were excellent and very helpful, and the food was very nice. The rooms were a bit small, but that was fine for a short business trip. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay. The parking lot is outside the hotel, and I had difficulty taking my vehicle out because other vehicles were parked behind, which was a bit annoying. The location was a bit off, but not bad.
