Honestly, I was really looking forward to staying here but it was a total disaster. The place was a mess and I didn't see anything that impressed me. Everything about the hotel was just wrong.

Great spot, right in the heart of things, but our room was a letdown. It was damp and not clean, which was pretty disappointing.

This is my fifth stay here and it's always been good. The staff are super friendly, breakfast has plenty of options, and the rooms are clean with hot water most of the time. I'm already planning my next visit.
