The place felt really relaxing – the garden vibe, the breakfast spread, and the overall quiet were all spot on. We also fell in love with Kira, the little dog they rescued; she was a total sweetheart and clearly well cared for. Honestly, we liked everything about it.

The resort has a lot going on – plenty of communal areas, decks, playgrounds, and even breakfast served in a cute basket, plus the food was solid and the staff were friendly. The only downside is the location; it's geared toward out‑of‑state visitors and sits about 15 km from Guaramiranga’s center, which translates to roughly a 40‑minute drive up the mountain.

Breakfast was excellent and the whole place exudes calm – perfect if you’re after some peace and quiet. It really felt like the best spot for a quiet retreat.

Surrounded by nature, the property is full of birds, a tiny river, and lots of stairs to explore; breakfast came in a pretty picnic‑style box and we spent time lounging in hammocks by the water. It’s a short ten‑minute drive from Mulungu, which is convenient. On the flip side, the room was pretty damp, a bit dated, and cramped for a family of four.
