The location is excellent; Homun’s centre is very close, and you can rent vests for the cenotes. The décor could be improved to raise the comfort experience.

The owner and staff were very kind and attentive. It’s a very safe place, very respectful of your belongings overall. The place is comfortable and reasonable for the price. The towels had a clean, soft scent, not rough like other places. It’s very quiet, no noise, and we rested very comfortably. I personally give extra credit for the spacious bathrooms and bedrooms!

The service was good. The bedrooms were spacious. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There’s parking. The rooms have tables and chairs inside. Very friendly. Very close to shops. The only issue is low light in the rooms. To take a shower you have to ask so they can turn on the heater for a limited time.

The location was fine. The pool was not open, and with these temperatures you’re looking for something with those qualities.
