“Pobyt w okresie zimowym”

I stayed in mid‑February 26th, 2024, during the winter season. The room was clean. There was a kettle, glasses, and water available, plus a TV. Breakfast was good with a variety for everyone. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, aside from the good breakfast and pleasant service, the heating was a minus: at 9 °C in the room the radiators were summer‑type, so the heating was very weak. There was no option to have dinner at the hotel, only breakfast.

Room 212, even though the radiator was emitting heat, the room still felt cold.

The new cosmetic renovation and room cleanliness were positive. It was very cold. We rented a two‑bedroom room for a family of four. The room with the double bed was very chilly; we ended up sitting together with the kids on the sofas, which was warmer. Unfortunately, the restaurant was not operating. In the evenings we walked to the nearest one. Breakfast was cold, the only hot item was an omelette.

The room I booked felt chilly, with cold air coming from the ventilation, but they swapped it right away and offered several alternatives.
