Unfortunately, our stay was marred by a series of unfortunate events, including a missed reservation and a late-night eviction. Despite the hotel's efforts, we were left without a room, and our experience was severely impacted. The hotel's communication breakdown with Booking and its failure to honor our reservation left a lasting impression.
