I recently stayed at a hotel in Acapulco that was truly disappointing. It's the last hotel in the area and not worth the trouble, especially considering it's currently under renovation. The worst part was that the booking platform failed to provide a refund. The hotel's condition and lack of amenities made for a subpar experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my stay, with the beach, compact size, beach club, service, quality for the price, and promotion for 3 and 4-person rooms all being highlights. However, the hotel's location was a bit far from everything.

I was thoroughly disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The prices they charged were way too high considering the subpar food and the state of disrepair the facilities were in. The air conditioning barely functioned, and the low water pressure in the bathroom made taking a shower a frustrating experience. To make matters worse, there were no amenities available, which made the stay feel even more bare-bones.
