I was excited about the location, right across from Northfields tube, but the hotel debited my reservation card before I arrived even though I had chosen pay on arrival. The bed had no headboard and couldn't be pushed against the wall because of an awkward corner, so it just floated in the room and I couldn't sit up. There was no light switch or socket by the bed, the pillows were old and lumpy, and the towel radiator was covered in dust.

The location is great, just across the road from Northfields on the Piccadilly Line from Heathrow. Nothing to complain about.

Location ideal re tube and friends we were visiting. Clean, really nice bathroom facility and towels. (Issue re lighting). We were on the non-tube side and so room was quiet. Reassuring to have someone on the desk. Having read reviews about breakfast we were a little concerned. We found the continental breakfast supplied excellent and plenty of it, it set us up for the day. Helpful re tea/coffee and milk supplies. Would happily stay again. The glazed window in the bathroom meant when the light was tuned on at night to use the facility it illuminated the whole room and so woke up my wife. Not sure why this is viewed as good design
