The staff, the location, the hotel’s aesthetic, the little touches, and the friendliness were all great, yet the room on the top floor had a slightly low sloped ceiling and a skylight, and the roof insulation was poor, so the room felt stifling even though the maximum temperature in Gijón was only about 21 °C.
