The staff were great, the facilities had what we needed, and the location made it easy to walk into the main area of Ginza. The rooms are the standard small size in Tokyo.

The room design followed a specific concept that was applied throughout. The staff speak very good English and are very helpful. The breakfast buffet is somewhat minimal.

The location was excellent and it offered great value. Breakfast was not a huge spread but it was interesting and sufficient, and the onsite laundry was very convenient. The bed was a bit difficult to access for the person against the window.

The hotel was very convenient, though we barely had time to evaluate it properly. We checked in, left for the city, and the next day woke early for Disney, returning only to sleep. They do have a gym, a kitchen, and a nice lounge area, so overall the hotel is certainly very good. We just didn’t spend enough time to give it a full rating. A big thank you to the staff and for the special honeymoon gift!
