The hotel lived up to every expectation, from the facilities to the comfort and service. Miguel Ángel Valle was especially attentive, keeping an eye on us at all times and making the stay very pleasant. Its location is a major plus—just a block from the Copantl Convention Center, ideal for business or events. Thanks to the whole team, especially Miguel Ángel, for his kindness and readiness. We look forward to returning.
