I had a pleasant experience with the staff at this hotel, particularly Mr. Haris, the manager, who was a really good person. The friendly staff made our stay enjoyable, but I didn't get to experience much else about the hotel.

I recently had a stay at RJ Mahal, Star Hotel in Paranthan, Killinochi, but unfortunately, it didn't quite meet my expectations. The room was infested with insects, making it really uncomfortable for me and my family. To make matters worse, my mom even found a centipede in her dress, which was quite unsettling. Although the customer service was good, with the hotel manager being kind and attentive, the cleanliness of the room really needs to be improved.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to the friendly staff who made sure I felt at home. The atmosphere was peaceful and serene, perfect for unwinding. However, the accommodation itself was just average, and the food was somewhat disappointing. I was expecting a bit more from the dining experience.
