“Il costo è eccessivo rispetto alla struttura e le 4 stelle non sono meritate”
The rooms are old and dilapidated, needing a deep renovation.

The location was great. A lady at the reception was very helpful and friendly. The room was very quiet. I liked the electric kettle! Actually, a non‑slip mat in the shower would be nice because it was a bit slippery, and a safety bar near the shower would help. A small dryer would also be convenient. The price is a bit high.

Smooth check‑in and info about breakfast and other services. The breakfast itself was good. When we checked out we were able to leave our bags at the hotel because we were heading out late that evening, and we also swapped rooms before we flew home. 😊 Maybe a bit underwhelming for a four‑star property.

The location is excellent and close to a park. Getting into the room required negotiating stairs and two lifts.
