I actually cancelled the reservation. In the morning at 7 a boy was sleeping and didn’t speak English; he told us to wait and then went back to sleep. The hotel was dusty and in bad shape.

Nothing worth mentioning. The guy had a free cancellation anytime policy and tried really hard to charge 4day worth of stay in advance on arrival. It was really some drama to navigate and finally we paid him one night advance and moved out the next day. Sent us a video before we arrived that made the room look spit n clean and on arrival gave us a smokers room ( smell was intense ) that too had large dirty patches on the curtains with no window whatsoever

Very good and comfortable place to stay. The manager and staff are polite and friendly. Rooms are good, neat and clean. They respect our privacy and safety, so you should definitely visit if you’re planning for Banaras.
